How long will the order take?
Please allow 3-4 weeks from receipt of order to delivery.

When and how do I pay?
Simply fill up your basket and proceed to the checkout, you can either pay through paypal or cheque made payable to Sadie Burleigh.

Will I get proofs?
Yes proofs of your personalised stationery will be sent to you, your order will not be completed until you are happy with the proofs and have been signed by yourself.

What is included?
All artwork, designs, proofs and envelopes. I can colour match also if required.

Can I have a different colour?
Your wedding stationery is personally made for you therefore it is possible to change the colour to match your theme.

Can I have a different font?
Most designs have the option for choice for font.

Can I use different wording?
Yes the wording here is only a guideline, if you have a different set of words that you wish to use please let us know. Click here to see some examples.

Can I order further items at a later date?
Yes this is possible

What if I am not pleased with my order?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your order, we only refund if an error has been made on our part. Proofs are sent before the order is completed so that you can approve your wedding stationery. Refunds cannot be given for stationery if they are in line with the signed proof.

What is the delivery charge?
This will be worked out at the checkout, all orders will be sent via Royal Mail except for heavier items which will be delivered by Parcel Force.
