Invitations & Reply Cards
Invitations are usually sent out to your guests about 12 weeks before the big day, however if you have guests coming from a distance it would be wise to send them earlier. If you are getting married in the busy time during the summer months you may want to send them slightly earlier as well. Reply cards can be sent with the invitations.

You will need to allow one invitation per household/couple.

Please order your invitations at least 4 months before your wedding date. Delivery will be approx. 4-5 weeks after receipt of final proofs and payment. The invitations can be ordered first and other items can follow when you are ready.

Order of Service
The order of service will need to be ordered 8 weeks before the wedding and proof checked by all those involved with the ceremony.

Table menu, place cards, table name/number, seating plan, guest signing book & thank you cards. It is ideal to order these at least 5 weeks before the wedding and the menu ideally checked by your caterers.

This schedule should allow plenty of time for proofs to be checked and items sent to you in time. All items are sent upon completion and notification of when they are being sent will be given.

Wedding Samples
You can choose up to 2 invitation samples for FREE. It is sometimes possible to provide the FREE sample in your preferred colour choice please email for this service.
