The following Terms & Conditions apply to any and every part of the Perfect Day Wishes site

Price & Payment Terms
All prices include VAT

Perfect Day Wishes reserve the right to adjust the price before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases

Payment of goods constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined in this document

Goods remain the property of Perfect Day Wishes until payment is received in full

Delivery
We may deliver your order as part deliveries

If you refuse delivery of the goods we may charge you for the cost of the delivery

If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside once the goods have been signed for

Acceptance of delivery constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions as outlined

For large orders a signature will be required by the carrier. If the parcel is returned to us you will have to pay for the parcel to be redelivered

Refunds
If you wish to return any items purchased from Perfect Day Wishes you must give us written
notice/email/phone call within 7 days of receipt

All returns must be returned at your cost in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt

Payment for the returned goods will be refunded within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges

Special orders made to your specifications are exempt and cannot be refunded
